What does automatic field generation with AI do?
1. Introduction
AI uses your keywords to automatically recommend fields needed in the form.
Example keywords: customer information, address, inquiry, reservation, application
View recommended fields immediately in the form preview.
2. How to use it
① In Step 3 (Add Fields), at the top right,
click [Generate Fields with AI].
② When the side panel opens,
enter keywords.
- Examples: customer information, inquiry, reservation
③ Click [Generate],
and AI automatically adds recommended fields matching the keywords to the form.
④ Review, edit, or delete added fields immediately in the preview.
3. Usage examples
- Customer information → suggests name, contact details, email, address, and more
- Inquiry → suggests inquiry title, details, contact information, and more
- Reservation → suggests customer name, date, time, contact information, and more

Q. What if I do not like the recommended fields?
A. You can edit or delete them yourself.
Q. What happens if I generate fields multiple times?
A. Existing fields are reset, and only the newly recommended fields appear.
Q. How do AI suggestions work when a table is connected?
A. Fields that duplicate columns in the connected table are not recommended.
