Check your current plan, next billing date, and service status.
Check your current plan
Select your chatbot in the dashboard and open Plan Management to review the current plan. Use Change to see available plans. Refer to the current screen for pricing and included features.
Check the next automatic billing date
Plan Management shows the next automatic billing date. When service fees are billed in arrears, review both the billing period and the next charge date. Check Orders and Payment Method in your account for payment records and payment details.
Pause or delete a chatbot
Before requesting a pause or deletion, review the scheduled processing date and postpaid charge information shown on screen. For a pause, review the settings and data retention information. For deletion, read the notice that it cannot be undone before deciding.
Review credits and usage
Check your current credits and usage history in the dashboard. Usage can vary by model and service conditions, so refer to your current plan and top-up screen for details.
