How do I add a sub-administrator?

Multiple people can manage a Sidetalk AI chatbot.

In the Sidetalk dashboard,

select your chatbot → Sub-administrator Management.

Enter the Sidetalk account ID you want to grant management access to.

If the person has no account yet, they can sign up first and then be added as a sub-administrator.
